1967 Carvel planked Mahogany hull above the waterline, with teak below the waterline. Professionally built by McQueen shipyards in Vancouver B.C. Included is an impressive July 2020 Marine Survey conducted out of water with photos demonstrating skilled attention to detail. Bowstem is a wood raked metal cap, hull frame work constructed of solid oak. There is a foc’sle with anchor locker and windlass, followed by the wheel-house and main salon. Top deck forward the second and upper helm station, directly aft the boat davit and chalks wth a 14’ Boston Whaler with a 50 HP Mercury outboard. Two single berths forward located in the forepeak, aft of the access doors leading to the chain locker. Stairs lead up to the main salon, lower helm, galley, and dining lounge. Interior cabin is trimmed with mahogany, well preserved and methodically cared certainly claiming pride and craftsmanship. Powered by dual Cummins diesel engines 300HP EA coupled with brand new Kabota 11.4KW generator.

1995 Bayliner 3288 Motoryacht, a perfect live aboard or summer time hideaway on our many Gulf Islands. V-Berth forward and a full size queen aft under the main salon. Interior LED lighting all throughout, new Ultra deck installed on the outdoor after lounge and swim grid, flybridge upholstery all replaced Sumer 2020. Included is an impressive 2017 Marine Survey, this vessel is powered by twin “Hino Diesel” engines with 150 HP each. Complete new anti-fouling CNC Micron applied 2020 as well two brand new propellers. All zincs replaced annually, canvas well cared with Aqua Tite waterproofing. Salon window tracks all replaced, brightwork all refinished, proper bilge scrub and cleaning also completed in 2020. Both port and starboard engines been rebuilt last two years each with new heat exchangers. Whole new electronic navigation system installed 2020 – Raymarine Axiom with Raymarine quantum radar dome, upper and lower 7” screens. 10FT Rigid hull inflatable included, no outboard. A complete log maintained of vessel maintenance when its was carried out and completed. Certainly a vintage hull however engineering has been methodically maintained with no expense spared. Vessel husbandry displays like brand new and navigation technology is well advanced for our time. Moorage is assumable located in Tsehum Harbour.
