1963 / 50FT Monk Aft Cabin
This is a rare pristine maintained 50ft Monk aft cabin. Aft cabin door leading to the outer deck featuring both upper aft deck and upper helm station topside. Full salon galley with diesel stove, lots of storage space & a full size counter on the port side. Distinct and class are always upheld wearing the name of the builder “Monk”. Wood hull with no signs of wear, tear, rot nor aged damage, thats mainly in part to the high standards of up keep, maintenance routine and an eye for attention to detail. A fifty-eight year old yacht looks as new as the day it was displayed from the factory assembly line. Powered by a Caterpillar Diesel, 265 horse power “Coya” cruises at 10 knots at 1.5 gallons an hour, sipping fuel when a complete fill up could last you an entire year. 6 Man rigid hull inflatable launched and recovered VIA davit, propelled by a 25 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke. 1972 Sea Ray 240 / 2004 Vessel Refit
A 1972 Sea Ray hull 240, had an extensive refit by Lidstrom Marine boat building in 2004. Fibreglass foam filled core stringer system makes for a tough and durable vessel hull. Accessible transom for ease of boarding on and off the vessel leading to the swim grid abaft the main deck. One head on board located forward in the cabin port side allowing for complete privacy. Cockpit windows made of a “LEWMAR” shatter proof compound glass designed for use of vessels on the water. Anchor situated forward on the bow pulpit, electric powered gypsy with 50 feet of chain, 210 feet of rode. The cabin interior has been fitted with a cork mounted surface for cosmetic appeal and sound proofing however can be easily replaced for a more marine idealistic comparable. 2004 Refit included the complete interior layout, enclosed housing, four foot pod aft manufactured to hold twin out board engines. Highliner dual axel trailer included, 2015 Marine Survey available on request.

2003 / 27FT Shamrock Mackinaw
