1963 / 50FT Monk Aft Cabin
This is a rare pristine maintained 50ft Monk aft cabin. Aft cabin door leading to the outer deck featuring both upper aft deck and upper helm station topside. Full salon galley with diesel stove, lots of storage space & a full size counter on the port side. Distinct and class are always upheld wearing the name of the builder “Monk”. Wood hull with no signs of wear, tear, rot nor aged damage, thats mainly in part to the high standards of up keep, maintenance routine and an eye for attention to detail. A fifty-eight year old yacht looks as new as the day it was displayed from the factory assembly line. Powered by a Caterpillar Diesel, 265 horse power “Coya” cruises at 10 knots at 1.5 gallons an hour, sipping fuel when a complete fill up could last you an entire year. 6 Man rigid hull inflatable launched and recovered VIA davit, propelled by a 25 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke. 1974 / 35FT Roughwater
The ideal live aboard vessel in a transferrable live aboard status slip. The high strength hull is molded one piece fiberglass reinforced laminate, with all stringers, bulkheads and interior structural hull components fiberglass bonded to the hull for added strength. Hull construction process is by the hand lay up method with eleven alternate layers of mat and 24 ounce woven roving on the bottom, fourteen on the keel .Roughwater 35 Pilothouse has a large cockpit enclosure for cruising, fishing or relaxing in the harbor, and a roomy interior with ample space and storage. Two salon doors leading to outer decks, Spacious salon and galley, a full counter down the starboard side. Aft cabin equals the entire beam encompassing room for a Queen bed, guest suite & head located in the forward cabin providing room for family or overnight visits.

Forward in the forepeak there is room to sleep 4 crew with an area currently used for stowage. 1 Head / shared by all crew members. The galley is a diesel heated stove based port side of the sette area inside the wheelhouse with plenty of natural daylight. Combined the fish hold carries a maximum catch of 4 tonnes.

Helm located on the stbd side forward with a bridge console up top. Removable hatches in the cabin sole provide access to the engine and adjacent machinery spaces. Outside features are an open cockpit aft as well up top space above the housing for the tender, kayaks, just about any kind of on water activity equipment. 1995 Bayliner 3288 Motoryacht
1995 Bayliner 3288 Motoryacht, a perfect live aboard or summer time hideaway on our many Gulf Islands. V-Berth forward and a full size queen aft under the main salon. Interior LED lighting all throughout, new Ultra deck installed on the outdoor after lounge and swim grid, flybridge upholstery all replaced Sumer 2020. Included is an impressive 2017 Marine Survey, this vessel is powered by twin “Hino Diesel” engines with 150 HP each. Complete new anti-fouling CNC Micron applied 2020 as well two brand new propellers. All zincs replaced annually, canvas well cared with Aqua Tite waterproofing. Salon window tracks all replaced, brightwork all refinished, proper bilge scrub and cleaning also completed in 2020. Both port and starboard engines been rebuilt last two years each with new heat exchangers. Whole new electronic navigation system installed 2020 – Raymarine Axiom with Raymarine quantum radar dome, upper and lower 7” screens. 10FT Rigid hull inflatable included, no outboard. A complete log maintained of vessel maintenance when its was carried out and completed. Certainly a vintage hull however engineering has been methodically maintained with no expense spared. Vessel husbandry displays like brand new and navigation technology is well advanced for our time. Moorage is assumable located in Tsehum Harbour.

This exceptional Shamrock 270 Mackinaw has been extremely well kept, extensive 2019 refit outfitting this vessel with the latest Garmin touch screen navigation plotter, sounder, radar autopilot capability. Powered by a Yanmar 315HP fresh water cooled diesel inboard with low hours and four blade propeller.
