1963 / 50FT Monk Aft Cabin
This is a rare pristine maintained 50ft Monk aft cabin. Aft cabin door leading to the outer deck featuring both upper aft deck and upper helm station topside. Full salon galley with diesel stove, lots of storage space & a full size counter on the port side. Distinct and class are always upheld wearing the name of the builder “Monk”. A fifty-eight year old yacht looks as new as the day it was displayed from the factory assembly line. 1979 / 34FT Double Eagle Coastal Cruiser

Albion Sedan style power cruiser with command bridge built to heavy pleasure craft standards in 1986 by Albion Boat Works in Canada. This model has updates such as 50 AMP Westerbeke gasoline generator, air conditioning, LED interior lighting as well LED navigating lights. 1995 Bayliner 3288 Motoryacht, a perfect live aboard or summer time hideaway on our many Gulf Islands. V-Berth forward and a full size queen aft under the main salon. Interior LED lighting all throughout, new Ultra deck installed on the outdoor after lounge and swim grid, flybridge upholstery all replaced Sumer 2020. Included is an impressive 2017 Marine Survey, this vessel is powered by twin “Hino Diesel” engines with 150 HP each. Complete new anti-fouling CNC Micron applied 2020 as well two brand new propellers. All zincs replaced annually, canvas well cared with Aqua Tite waterproofing. Salon window tracks all replaced, brightwork all refinished, proper bilge scrub and cleaning also completed in 2020. Both port and starboard engines been rebuilt last two years each with new heat exchangers. Whole new electronic navigation system installed 2020 – Raymarine Axiom with Raymarine quantum radar dome, upper and lower 7” screens. 10FT Rigid hull inflatable included, no outboard. A complete log maintained of vessel maintenance when its was carried out and completed. Certainly a vintage hull however engineering has been methodically maintained with no expense spared. Vessel husbandry displays like brand new and navigation technology is well advanced for our time. Moorage is assumable located in Tsehum Harbour.

The “Haven” is a production model all moulded fibre reinforced plastic vessel constructed in 1998 by Carver Yachts. The steering station in on the command bridge with good visibility and spacious seating. When entering the salon from the stern deck, there is a large open accommodation area with a dinette table and galley to the port side with a three-burner propane stove/oven, fridge and microwave oven. The electric head and shower are on the starboard side with a “Vee” berth in the bow. The vessel is equipped with two 260hp Chrysler Crusader gas engines with ZF reduction gears. Recent February 2023 insurance survey can be viewed on request.
