He took plenty of pictures and also incorporated a video online of our boat, on the water, which I believe assists potential buyers. He had positive input about the boat, took notes, got it listed on his web site as well utilizing various other web media ads. Derek brought plenty of interest to view the boat which other larger yacht brokers I had previously listed the boat with…could not. V.I. Powerboat Ltd. charges less commission, follows up by phone or email keeping you updated with present activity of your boat, again past yacht brokers I listed with, assured me the same services however never came to fruition. Derek displayed great pride in his work by reassuring both the vendor as well as the buyer complete satisfaction at the date of our closing.

I recently purchased a boat through V.I. Powerboat. The broker was very responsive to my needs. I was able to view the boat promptly and the transaction went smoothly and was handled in an efficient and professional manner. A few days after I purchased my new boat I listed my old boat with V.I. Powerboat. The next day Derek came over to the house and took pictures of the boat. At that time we discussed the terms of the deal and drafted a sales agreement. That night the ad was up and running.The next morning we received an offer and subsequently sold the boat the following day. Can’t ask for much more than that.

My experience can only be described as excellent. The sales person was quick to respond to all my questions and prompt to show up for meetings. The day he came to take pictures of my boat he was on time and respectful of my wishes. He took detailed pictures from all angles inside and out. When posting my boat details online his descriptions were very detailed and professional. When it came to sea trails he was very understanding of my needs as well as the perspective clients.
